History |
First launched in Sydney 'Imara' spent her early days on the Harbour & Pittwater. She has had two owners on Port Philip Bay and reportedly has cruised the Whitsunday Islands twice. Purchased by the current owners in 1990 'Imara'spent the early 90's in The Great Sandy Straits before coming to Moreton Bay where she has been based out of Breakfast Creek since. Recently in late 2013 she cruised down the coast to Sydney via Tweed & Clarence River wooden boat festivals, returning to Moreton Bay August '14. |

Comments |
'Imara' is much admired wherever she goes. Her beautifully fair hull and varnished teak superstructure along with the burble of her V8 engines make her a joy to own. |
